A true passion for helping people, that's what defines Aaron's vision and purpose in life. He grew up in Southern Maryland where he attended St. Mary's Ryken preparatory high school. Later, he went on to graduate from East Carolina University earning both an undergraduate degree in Personal Finance and a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship with a focus on personal finance. During and after college, Aaron worked for the federal government as an account manager for the Department of Transportation. After college, he was employed by Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor until the market crash of 2008. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, something that his manager said to him struck a chord in his head for decades and solidified his decision to be an entrepreneur. That is when his manager told him, "According to our personality test that you took, it says you will never be happy working for someone else." He has started several ventures between then and now with Loans For Flips being the culmination of his life experiences thus far, founded in 2021. You can be sure that he has the knowledge, skills, connections and now how to get your deal funded with the best terms possible, setting up each investor that he works with, for success.

Born and raised in Florida he is a Partner at loans for flips. Starting from wholesaling and working up to managing a real estate brokerage to then flipping properties himself in the past he has gained knowledge from every aspect of real estate investing. Transitioning into private lending and familiar with the FL market, he is well equipped with the tools to take any investor to the next level with investments and guide them towards success.
